You can have your car repaired at any shop you choose. Your insurance company is required to pay to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition, according to the coverage you purchased.

You have the right to choose the rental company you want, even if your insurer asks you to use their preferred list.

If my insurance company is paying for the repair, can I choose my preferred repair shop?

If I need a car rental and my insurance company says I have to rent from their preferred list, do I have other options?
You have the right to choose the rental company you want. If you'd like a rental from us, Enterprise can meet you at the shop when you drop off your car.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and debit. We can't accept personal checks.
