Q. Will the structure of the frame on my car be the same as before my accident?
A. Yes! Our state-of-the-art Genesis Velocity is the most technologically advanced computerized measuring system in the marketplace today. With this kind of technology, we can detect damaged suspension and steering components repairing your car back to its prior status.

Q. I'm not sure my vehicle is safe to drive after the accident. What should I do?
A. If in doubt, don't drive it. Have it towed to our shop or call us at (203) 327-1177 or directly to your Insurance Company. Additional damage caused by driving a vehicle after an accident can be dangerous and even intensify the damages .

Q. If my insurance company is paying for the repair, can I choose my prefered repair shop?
A. Absolutely! You may have your car repaired at any shop you choose. Your insurance company is required to pay the cost to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition, according to the coverages you purchased.

Q. If I need a car rental and my insurance company states that I have to rent from their preferred list, don't I have any other options?
A. You have the right to choose the rental company of your choice. Don't let the insurance companies pressure you into thinking anything different.
